We are highly selective in choosing new caregivers to add to our qualified, committed team. Each new caregiver is subjected to a very thorough multi-step screening process.
Information gathered about each caregiver helps to ensure the best possible client/care match. We do not just look at the big picture; we ensure all necessary details are looked after.
Flexibility
Our caregivers realize that when working with seniors, a constant needs assessment must be performed and care plans must be adjusted accordingly.
Consistency
For consistency of care and the comfort of the senior we work hard to ensure that the same caregiver(s) can commit to the term of the placement, whether that is long or short-term.
